  • Refund Policy
To return a received item (within maximum 2 days from the received date in it's original condition). customer have to pay 20 dirham for first delivery and 20 dirham to collect the item. and pay back the balance.

  • Damaged Item Refund Policy
To refund  a damaged item (within maximum 2 days from the received date). customer have to pay 20 dirham for first delivery and 20 dirham to collect the item, and the damaged item refund charges according to the gram (we mentioned down)

Refund Charges For Damaged Items:
  • Product gram less than 1 gram = 45 dirham
  • Product gram 1 gram to 1.4 gram = 60 dirham
  • Product gram 1.5 gram to 1.9 gram = 75 dirham
  • Product gram 2 gram to 2.4 gram = 90 dirham

Cancellation Policy

At Gold Zone, we believe customer satisfaction is the major priority, if a customer wants to cancel the order please check the below scenarios:
Customer can cancel their order within 2 hours and refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit/debit card.

Case No 1: Cash on Delivery
• There are no charges if customer himself calls / emails us before shipping.
• If the customer wants to cancel the order only on delivery, customer has to bare AED 20 as shipment charge even if the product they order had free shipment.

Case No 2: Payment via Credit/Debit Card
• If the customer has requested to cancel the order before Shipping via Call / Email. We don’t charge the customer any extra amount, but if the credit card company charges for any transaction charges Gold Zone or any of our team member directly or indirectly linked are not responsible for it.
• If the customer has requested to cancel the order while delivery. We charge the customer for AED 30 as a Shipment charge same is applied in case of free shipment orders, also if the credit card company charges for any transaction charges Gold Zone or any our team member directly or indirectly linked are not responsible for it.

Note: Good once sold / Accepted can’t be considered in above clauses.

Generally, the manufacturer’s limited warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, any damage, etc.


*NOTE: our refund and exchange charges may change according to the international gold price and stock availability 

 

Order Policy

  •  Gold zone have the right to cancel any order for any reason. (Reason can be out of stock, remote area, wrong contact number, wrong address, address out of UAE etc..) 
  • We don't keep any order more than one week. After one week, gold zone manually cancel the order.
